๐Ÿ”ง 1. Service Return & Refunds

A. Diagnostic Fees

  • Non-refundable. All diagnostic fees are charged to cover time and labor, regardless of the customer’s decision to proceed with the repair.

B. Labor Charges

  • Labor charges are non-refundable once the repair service has been completed and the device has been returned.

C. Unsuccessful Repairs

  • If we are unable to complete the repair or resolve the issue, you will not be charged for labor, but diagnostic fees may still apply.

  • If you were quoted for repair and the device is deemed non-repairable, we will inform you before proceeding. Any pre-paid amounts may be refunded, excluding diagnostic fees.


๐Ÿงพ 2. Parts Return & Replacement

A. New Parts

  • Warranty: Most new replacement parts come with a 30–90 day warranty depending on the part and vendor.

  • If a part fails due to a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, it will be replaced at no charge, excluding accidental damage or misuse.

  • Customers must return the faulty part/device to be eligible for replacement.

B. Special Order Items

  • Parts that are special-ordered or customized are non-returnable unless defective.

  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by supplier shipping issues.


๐Ÿ“ฆ 3. Retail Products (if applicable)

If you sell retail items such as chargers, accessories, etc., include:

A. Return Window

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase in original, unopened packaging with a valid receipt.

B. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software, custom cables, screen protectors, and sale/clearance items are non-returnable.


โš ๏ธ 4. Exclusions

We do not offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by user error, physical damage, liquid spills, or tampering after repair.

  • Claims made outside of the warranty period.

  • Services altered by third parties after we completed the repair.

  • No-shows or unclaimed devices after 60 days (may be considered abandoned).


๐Ÿ’ณ 5. Refund Method

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days.

  • Cash transactions may be refunded in cash or store credit depending on the amount.
