Welcome to Computer Clinic Irvine (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our
services, website, or any related tools provided by Computer Clinic Irvine, you agree to
comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them
carefully before using our services.
1. Services
We provide repair and diagnostic services for computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile
phones, including hardware and software maintenance, data recovery, upgrades, and
related support. All services are performed at our discretion and are subject to
evaluation before acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any
reason.
2. Estimates and Payment
- All repair estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the repair or parts required.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, or other methods as
posted.
3. Turnaround Time
We strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible. However, turnaround times are
estimates and not guaranteed. Some repairs may be delayed due to part availability or
unforeseen complications.
4. Data and Privacy
While we take precautions to protect your data, Computer Clinic Irvine is not
responsible for any data loss during diagnosis or repair. Customers are strongly advised
to back up all data before service.
All customer information is kept confidential and used solely for providing and
improving our services.
5. Parts and Warranty
- Replacement parts may be new, used, or refurbished depending on availability and
customer preference.
- Most repairs come with a 90-day limited warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise
noted.
- This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, software issues, or
misuse after repair.
6. Unclaimed Devices
Devices left at our shop for over 60 days after service completion will be considered
abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or sell abandoned devices to recover
costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Computer Clinic Irvine shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services, including but
not limited to data loss, downtime, or loss of business.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- You are the lawful owner or have permission to authorize repairs.
- You have backed up all important data.
- You understand and agree that repair attempts may cause further damage in rare
cases.
9. Software and Licensing
We do not install unlicensed or pirated software under any circumstances. Customers
must provide valid product keys or licenses when requesting software installation.
10. Website Use
- Do not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.
- Do not use our website for illegal or fraudulent activities.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, CA.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our
website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance
of any revisions.
