Terms of Service for COMPUTER REPAIR IRVINE

We provide repair and maintenance services for computers and electronic devices, including hardware and software diagnostics, replacements, data recovery, microsoldering, and related technical services.

2. Estimates and Approvals

All service estimates are provided based on initial assessments. We may need to revise the quote after deeper diagnostics. No work will be performed without your prior approval.

3. Turnaround Times

Repair times are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability, diagnostic findings, and other unforeseen issues. We strive to complete services as quickly as possible.

4. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for backing up all important data before submitting your device. We are not liable for data loss or corruption unless you have contracted us specifically for data recovery services.

5. Limited Warranty

We provide a 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover:

• Physical or liquid damage after repair

• Software issues

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

6. Unclaimed Devices

Devices left unclaimed for more than 60 days after service completion may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to recycle or dispose of abandoned devices in compliance with California state law.

7. Payments

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Customer Cooperation

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your device and issues

• Communicate clearly and promptly regarding service updates

• Make payment upon completion of service
